The Standard We Maintain

We do a full refresh between every guest: new linen sets, deep cleaning, appliance checks, WiFi speed tests, and a physical walkthrough. Guests arriving at an RGP Homes unit should not need to contact us about anything in the first 24 hours.

Unit Options at Arte

Our Arte portfolio includes one-bedroom through three-bedroom configurations. Each is individually furnished but maintained to the same standard. 1BR units work well for solo professionals on corporate assignments. 2–3BR units are our family configurations — genuine space, proper kitchen, workable for both adults and children.

Extensions Are Common

A significant proportion of Arte residents extend their initial booking. This tells us more than reviews: when people choose to stay longer than they planned, the product is working.
