Privacy Policy

RGP Homes Sdn Bhd (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) operates https://rgphomes.com.my. When you submit an enquiry through this site, we act as data controller for your contact details and as a joint controller with the specific partner you enquire about (e.g. Poloair MM2H, Dubiz, Newman, Rent N Drive, RGP Dubai, RGP Properties Malaysia, Aircond Doctor, GHV Rooms, RGP Tech).

• Contact details: name, email, phone / WhatsApp number.
• Enquiry context: property or partner interest, move-in date, length of stay, bedrooms, and any free-text notes you provide.
• Partner-specific qualifying answers (e.g. jurisdiction for Dubiz, vehicle type for Rent N Drive, MM2H eligibility answers for Poloair, etc.).
• Technical attribution: UTM tags, referrer URL and (if you consent to analytics cookies) anonymised usage events.

Some partner journeys let you upload documents so the partner can start KYC before the intro call. Examples:

• Dubiz (Dubai company setup): passport bio-page, proof of address, CV, existing trade licence (if any).
• Poloair MM2H: passport, proof of income / fixed deposit, marriage certificate, CV.
• Rent N Drive: driving licence (front + back), passport, flight itinerary.
• RGP Dubai / RGP Properties Malaysia: passport / NRIC, proof of funds or income, existing title deed / trade licence.

Uploads are stored in a private, encrypted-at-rest object storage bucket (partner-docs) on our Supabase backend. The bucket is not publicly readable. Only the named RGP Homes admin(s) and the specific partner assigned to your enquiry can request a short-lived signed URL to view the file.

Retention:

• If your enquiry does not convert into an engagement, uploaded documents are deleted within 90 days.
• If you engage the partner (e.g. Dubiz licence issued, MM2H filed, tenancy signed, purchase completed), the partner keeps the file for as long as their regulator or statutory retention rule requires (typically 5–7 years for AML/KYC records), then deletes it.
• You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@rgphomes.com.my. We will confirm deletion within 30 days, subject to statutory retention overrides.

We share the enquiry (and any KYC documents you attach) only with the specific partner you selected. We do not sell your data. Sub-processors we use to operate the site: Supabase (hosting, database, storage), our transactional email provider, and WhatsApp (only if you click a WhatsApp button — the message you send leaves our system).

Under Malaysia's PDPA 2010 and, where applicable, the EU/UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent for future marketing. Email hello@rgphomes.com.my to exercise these rights.

Data is transmitted over TLS 1.2+ and stored on managed Postgres and object storage with row-level security policies. If we become aware of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you and the relevant Malaysian authority within 72 hours.
